SUP Fitness is a rush training session on SUP board. During these exercises physical exercises not only strengthens the muscles of the body, the cardiovascular system, but also improves the balance, tightens the deep muscles. When exercising on the SUP board, the body does not have a completely stable foundation, so during the SUP Fit training the muscles work at full capacity, burn more calories, improve stamina, posture and coordination. Much attention is paid to breathing. Perfectly relaxes minds, strengthens the body, gives delicacy, improves flexibility and coordination.
As the paddling intervals are inserted into the fitness session during the training, you need to have experience in suping.
The exercises are held in small groups.
